Shipping

Please allow 1-3 business days processing time on all orders. 

All orders will be shipped via USPS. Please note that shipping times are added onto processing times and may be delayed due to COVID 19.

For any lost packages, please contact USPS. 

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us immediately via the Contact Us page. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Here at A'jah Dior Collection we hope that you love your purchase and are completely satisfied with your item(s). To ensure you are happy with your items, we advise you check the products description, sizes, color and style before purchasing. If you still have any questions about a product, please feel free to contact us via email and we will be happy to help you. 

Due to COVID 19, we are not offering any exchanges at this time. 

No returns. 

We ensure that we do a full check before sending out any items however if there is an error on OUR end such as we sent the wrong product, size or color then please contact us via email with your order number, attached photos of incorrect item and a description of our error. After reviewed, we will contact you with instructions on how to return your item(s).
